Social Scenes
Tottenham Chances is a great local bar, just a 10-minute walk away, that hosts comedy, open mic nights and live music. Alexandra Palace is also nearby and home to concerts, exhibitions and events such as the Red Bull Soapbox Race. The Palace’s large grounds also include a pub, restaurant, ice rink, boating lake and pitch-and-putt course.
The famous Brick Lane and Spitalfields markets are a short journey from the property, providing a wealth of restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping. 
Europe’s largest urban shopping and leisure destination, Westfield Shopping Centre, is home to over 250 stores and 70 restaurants. The centre can be reached in less than 15 minutes from Station Court via train.
Tottenham Marshes and Lea Valley Region Park are minutes from the property, so you can enjoy the great outdoors while being less than 20 minutes from central London. The Wildlife Trust regularly provides opportunities for our students to take part in conservation projects, planting and other activities, such as wildlife photography.
Bernie Grant Arts Centre has a fantastic schedule of plays and exhibitions within walking distance from the property, and you’re close to the William Morris Gallery, the Arc Art Gallery and the Walthamstow Art Trail.
You can catch a direct train on the Victoria line to Green Park for Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Green Park and Hyde Park.
Getting Active
Students at Station Court have a number of local gyms to choose from. There are several within 10 minutes’ walk, including Tottenham Green Leisure Centre on Philip Lane, Bodyworks on Fountayne Road, and Fat Burners on Talbot Road.
Tottenham Hotspur football club’s White Hart Lane stadium is just five minutes away by road, or a 30-minute walk. Arsenal football club’s Emirates Stadium is 10 minutes by road, or a 20-minute tube journey.
Tottenham is also close to Lee Valley White Water Centre, where you can experience white water rafting, canoeing or kayaking on the Olympic white water course where Team GB’s Etienne Stott and Tim Baillie won gold in the Canoe Slalom Double at the London Olympics.

Travel and Transport
Station Court benefits from fantastic transport links, just five minutes’ walk from Seven Sisters underground station and less than 15 minutes' commute to central London on the Victoria line. You can reach Warren Street in 12 minutes on the Victoria line for central London universities.
The Victoria line provides direct access to King's Cross St Pancras, Oxford Circus, Green Park and Victoria station. Plus, there are excellent bus links to central London and the popular student areas of Hoxton, Dalston and Shoreditch.
The property is well located for bus routes. Useful local services include the 24-hour 243 service to Waterloo, the 476 to Euston, the 76 to Lower Marsh, and the 318 to Egerton Road.
Local Essentials
Station Court is located on High Road, which has a wide range of convenient shops and amenities. There are many banks along the road, plus a couple of post offices and newsagents, a dry cleaner and local supermarkets.
The road is also home to a range of bars, takeaways, fast food restaurants and cafés.
