Orchard Heights is home to 484 students, with all rooms featuring private bathrooms. Choose an en-suite to share your kitchen with flatmates, or for more independence you can enquire about our studio rooms. Centred around a large courtyard with benches and table tennis, there are two common rooms to choose from, both with seating areas, pool and ping pong tables. You’ll find three Communal Study Spaces with a mix of study tables, bean bags, a projector, a communal kitchen and a music room.

Orchard Heights is a music lovers paradise; the O2 Academy is on your doorstep alongside a great range of pubs, bars and clubs nearby. International supermarkets and vintage shops can all be found on Park Street, and the harbourside, with its markets, restaurants and independent cinema is under 5 minutes away.
