Your Booking Code (begins with RN)
Your Full Name
An attachment showing your new University offer
Which city you'd like to move to
The property and room type preferred (if known)
Please email the team at cityswitch@unitestudents.com, if you're ready to complete your City Switch.

Now you've accepted a place at a new university or city, you may need to change your accommodation location. With properties in 22 cities, we've got you covered to find your new place.
Our friendly team of experts can help you find a new place to call home and guide you though the process. Email the team at cityswitch@unitestudents.com.
Once we've helped you find the new place to call home, sign your new contract and then you can relax knowing that everything is in hand.
If you're a 1st year student, and your results are different to what you expected, we have you covered. Let us know within seven days of receiving your results if you need to cancel your booking.

If you're coming to study in the UK, and you don't get your visa approved, you have seven days to let us know. We aren't able to cancel your booking after the 31st August in the year your tenancy starts.
