If you're booking directly with us, it's easy to get your preferred room by browsing online. Want to book via a consultant? That's fine, just let them know which Unite Students property you'd like to live at and they can arrange.

At Unite Students you can view our accommodation before making a booking. It's easy to view from home with our 360° virtual tour online.

Choose your property and room type – whether that’s a studio room or a one-bed flat with a classic ensuite.
Choose your length of stay – stay the whole year, the academic year, or just a semester.
Enter your personal details – name, date of birth, country of residence, contact details, university of study and course.
Enter your guarantor details – they must be 25+ and would be responsible for rent if you’re unable to make a payment.
Submit your payment details – choose direct debit to avoid getting behind on payments, or enter your credit or debit card details.
Choose the instalment plan – choose from one, three or seven payments.

You will need:

To be at least 16 years old
To be a student currently in education

Please note, our accommodations are single occupancy rooms only, so there’s no sharing.

You get:

7 Day Cooling-Off Period – should you change your mind on your student accommodation, you can cancel your booking within seven days after you receive an email confirmation.
No Place No Pay – if your offer is withdrawn, or you don't get your visa, you may be eligible to be cancel your agreement, with no cost. This applies to first-year students only.
