This sociable and modern property is home to 690 students, with three room types available. Opt for a non en-suite room to share your bathroom and kitchen, or an en-suite room if you’d prefer a private shower room. If you like everything to be just for you our studios are the perfect choice. You’ll find a pool table, yoga studio, karaoke room, music rooms, sofas and televisions in the ground floor common room. There are also study areas. Outside, there’s a decked courtyard with seating.

Oxford Road train station is close by, linking you to Manchester Airport in under half an hour.
