Morriss House is our new 700 bedroom property in the heart of the student community of Lenton. Each room has a private bathroom, a shared kitchen and living space. If you prefer your own space, there are studio rooms too. The communal spaces are designed to help you meet friends, socialise and study. There's games consoles, karaoke, a cinema room, a fully equipped gym, a separate fitness/yoga studio and lounge. There's study rooms with individual booths and communal study spaces for group work.

Morriss House is right on the banks of the River Leen and adjacent to the University of Nottingham's Jubilee Campus, meaning it's less than 10 minutes from your front door to the facilities here. Head out and relax in the outdoor auditorium area, or it's only a quick 15-minute bus ride to Nottingham city centre with loads of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops to choose from. Or stay in the Lenton area and visit the local cinema, nearby restaurants or pubs.
