Can I book a flat with friends?

Want to book a flat with friends? No problem. You can now use our group booking tool to do exactly that.

Before completing the group booking form, you’ll need to make sure you know how many people you want to book with and which property you would like to live in. Then, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fill in our form

Click here to start your group booking.

Then, use the drop-down boxes to choose where you would like to live, which room type you’d like to book, how many people are in your group and what tenancy length you require. The length could either be ‘Full Year’ (51 weeks) or an ‘Academic Year’ (the length of time that you’ll be attending university). Then select your flat size preference. This determines if your group wants to share with others or not.

Once you are happy with your preferences, click ‘search’.

Step 2: Select your flat

You will then be shown a selection of available flats. These results show the location of the flat, the total number of rooms and the number of rooms left available. You will need to select one option. If there are no flats available, click the ‘back to search’ button and try different search preferences.

Step 3: Choose your rooms

The rooms show the room number, the class of the room and the dates you can book for. You can select any number of rooms to book, and unselect the rooms using the cross on the corner of the result. You will need to select a room for each person in your group.

Step 4: Add your group’s details

Next, input the name and email address of each member of your group. If you are the lead booker, you can use the ‘your room’ button to assign which room is yours.

Once these details are added, you can click continue and submit your booking for your chosen room. An email containing the details of the room that was selected for them will then be sent to the rest of your group, inviting them to book their allocated room.
