You can make a payment in My Account by going to the Payments section.
We accept:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and UnionPay)
Direct Debit
If you're making a payment on behalf of someone else, you can use our Make a payment page. You'll need their full name and booking code so we can apply the payment to the correct account.
If you're unable to pay by card or Direct Debit, we may be able to accept payment by bank transfer in exceptional circumstances. Please speak to your property team for more information.
