What do I do if I have booked a room through the university?
If you have requested to stay with us through your university and they have confirmed your offer, our local property team will receive your booking information directly from your university. They will then be in touch to complete your booking.
Booking and payment processes can differ for customers who booked through their university. If you have made any upfront or rent payments through your university, we recommend contacting your university accommodation team with any questions about your rent and payments.
