What do I do if I have booked a room through the university?

If you’ve requested to stay with us through your university and your offer has been confirmed, our local property team will receive your booking details directly from your university.

They’ll then contact you via email to complete your booking.

Booking and payment processes can vary if you’ve booked through your university. If you’ve made any upfront or rent payments through them, please contact your university accommodation team for help with payments or billing questions.
