I'm having trouble connecting to the internet. What should I do?
If you’re having difficulty connecting, there’s a few things to check.
First, clear your browsing history, cookies and cache. ‘Forget’ the Wi-Fi network on your device and try turning off your Firewall. Don’t forget to turn your firewall back on once you’re connected.
If you're still having trouble with connecting any devices including games consoles and TV streaming devices or your internet has gone down, it is best to directly contact your internet provider directly. Your internet provider will depend on the property you are staying in.
