When we make you a booking offer, we’ll give you a deadline to complete the steps needed to confirm your booking. This may include accepting your agreement, getting your guarantor to accept it and paying an advance rent payment, where applicable.
If you don’t complete all the required steps by the deadline, your booking offer will expire and we’ll no longer hold the room for you.
Still want to stay with Unite Students? Get in touch with us or start a new booking. We may be able to offer you another room, but we can’t guarantee that the same room or price will still be available.
