If you’ve used Blu Tack, adhesive strips or similar products and they’ve left marks, please let your Property Team know when you check out. They may be able to offer advice.
Some light marks, such as Blu Tack marks, may be considered normal wear and tear. We’ll only apply a charge if the damage requires additional work, such as repainting the wall before the next student moves in.
