You’ll need to return all keys and access items provided to you during your stay, including any additional ones you purchased.
This includes:
Physical keys
Key cards and fobs
Post box keys
Access passes for areas such as gyms or bike stores
Different properties use different access systems, so make sure you return everything you were given at check-in.
If any keys or access items are missing when you check out, a replacement charge may apply.
