I'm having trouble connecting to the internet. What should I do?
If you’re having difficulty connecting, there’s a few things to check:
- Clear your browsing history, cookies and cache
- Forget the Wi-Fi network and search again
- Turn off your Firewall - remember to turn your firewall back on once you’re connected.
If you’re still unable to connect, or you think your internet has gone down, it’s best to contact your internet provider directly.
