With so much new stuff to deal with at the moment, we understand if fire safety isn’t at the front of your mind. But nothing’s more important than your safety. And it’s at this time of the year - when everybody’s new to the building - that we see a spike in fire incidents.
So, here’s what you need to know about fire safety in your new home. Please take a minute to read it before you get on with your day.

We test your fire alarm every week, at the same time on the same day. You don’t need to evacuate the building during your weekly test unless the fire alarm sounds for more than two minutes.
Evacuate immediately if you hear the fire alarm at any other time. Use your nearest fire escape and go straight to your assembly point.

If you spot something that’s broken – especially any fire safety equipment – please tell your reception team straight away so that we can fix it quickly.
