Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) show how energy efficient a building is. An EPC gives properties a rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years from the date it is issued.
We're committed to improving the energy performance of our properties. To help achieve this, we carry out detailed energy surveys across our estate and invest in improvements such as insulation, glazing, lighting, heating and hot water systems.
