How can check-out in the MyUnite App?

Every student who has a tenancy agreement with Unite Students or who pays their rent to Unite Students can begin the checkout process in the MyUnite App. In the app follow the steps provided, then collect a checkout envelope from reception, making sure you return all keys, passes and fobs. Before you leave, return the checkout envelope to a member of staff at your property or leave them safely in the key return box.

If your contract is with your University (and you pay your rent to your university), then you won’t be able to check-out in the MyUnite App,but you will still need to check-out in person. Your property team will have more information about how you can do this.
